Prepare the Package
Place your Cloudpillo item back into its original packaging or a secure box to ensure it stays clean during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated courier; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
