How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Depending on your location, delivery usually takes between 2 to 5 business days.
Can I wash my Cloudpillo?
Yes, the outer cover is fully machine washable at 40 degrees Celsius. We recommend removing the inner cover containing the memory foam before washing.
Do you offer a trial period?
We offer a 30-night trial period. If you are not completely satisfied with your sleep quality, you can return the product for a full refund.
